CVP is seeking a Change Management Specialist to provide comprehensive change management support on a critical VA transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will combine strong change management expertise with communications proficiency to support stakeholder engagement, change agent network facilitation, readiness assessment, and organizational transition activities. This role is central to driving adoption and managing organizational transformation across VA as the organization navigates significant change in service of our nation's veterans.
The Change Management Specialist applies multidisciplinary change management knowledge and skills to support VA client leadership and stakeholders across multiple workstreams. They will develop and execute change management strategies, manage stakeholder engagement, assess organizational readiness, and create actionable deliverables that drive successful implementation. They will work collaboratively with VA to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of change management activities that enable measurable outcomes and sustained adoption.
