Overview

CVP is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead an NIH web application program, which delivers centralized web/application development and maintenance for NIH, HHS, and other federal customers. The current portfolio includes 25 software projects, 13 active FFS customers, 17 active websites/apps, and approximately 625,000 public users. 

Responsibilities

  • Own delivery across the Web Apps portfolio for O&M, enhancements, and modernization 
  • Manage scope, schedule, cost, backlog, work authorization, and resource utilization across multiple customers 
  • Lead release planning, risk/issue management, and stakeholder coordination 
  • Coordinate TRB/CAB, ARB governance, and EPLC artifact production 
  • Support ATO/security patching, configuration management, cloud migration, DR/backup, and analytics/dashboard reporting 
  • Oversee DevSecOps/CI-CD delivery and Section 508 compliance 

Qualifications

  • Must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance
  • BS/BA + 8 years of relevant experience; OR MS/MA/MBA + 5 years; OR 13 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
  • 10+ years of IT project/program management experience
  • 3+ years managing comparable-scope federal application efforts
  • Federal EPLC/Agile delivery experience
  • Working knowledge of .NET, Drupal, AngularJS, ReactJS, Node.js, Vue.js, Microsoft Power Platform/Dynamics, and SharePoint Online
  • Familiarity with UX/usability, Section 508, and FFS work-authorization/resource utilization management across multiple customers 

Desired Skills

  • FISMA Moderate/RMF/ATO/JCAM and Public Trust Moderate (Tier 2) eligibility 
  • On-site availability when directed 

Salary Range: $160,000 - $180,000 (depending on experience)
