CVP is seeking a Descriptive Data Analyst to join our growing team supporting the Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network (OPTN). The Descriptive Data Analyst supports OPTN committees and workgroups by translating policy and operational questions into clearly defined data needs and usable decision-support materials.
Working closely with Policy Liaisons, Committee Coordinators, project leadership, and other authorized OPTN contractors, this role documents analytic requirements, coordinates data requests, evaluates returned analyses for completeness and alignment, and translates descriptive findings into clear summaries, tables, visualizations, and discussion points. The role supports evidence-informed committee deliberations and policy monitoring without independently making policy determinations.
