Overview

CVP is currently seeking an experienced Recruiter to support talent acquisition and workforce intelligence activities for the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). In this role, you will source and screen candidates, participate in virtual and in-person hiring events across the National Capital Region, and conduct labor market research to inform recruiting strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Source passive and active candidates and screen interested candidates through both competitive and non-competitive federal hiring processes against required qualifications, mission need, and fit to fill vacancies and build CISA's talent pipeline.
  • Support and participate in both virtual and in-person federal hiring and recruiting events.
  • Support in-person recruiting events within the National Capital Region.
  • Identify public and commercial reports and data sets required to research labor market conditions in local, regional, and national markets in support of federal workforce and recruiting requirements.
  • Gather, analyze, and report relevant labor market information and trends including, but not limited to, salaries, benefits, supply and demand, employers, geography, demographics, education, training and development, and other factors relevant to the federal hiring landscape.

Qualifications

  • Must be eligible to obtain a federal security clearance; US Citizenship Required
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in federal HR recruitment or a closely related field
  • Bachelor's degree OR one of the following substitutions:
    • Associate's degree plus four (4) years of relevant work experience
    • Six (6) years of relevant work experience
  • Experience conducting research and gathering data to support federal recruitment planning, forecasting, and trend identification
  • Familiarity with federal hiring regulations, OPM guidelines, and USAJOBS recruitment processes preferred
  • Exceptionally strong skills using Microsoft products including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Power BI, and SharePoint
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid)

 

Salary: $80,000-85,000
