Overview

CVP is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Project Manager to support the RCORP-EVAL project. In this role, you will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day project operations, playing a key part in keeping project activities on track and teams aligned. You will be responsible for maintaining and organizing project documentation, preparing and distributing reports, and tracking deliverables to ensure timely completion in alignment with project goals. Additionally, you will monitor project progress against established timelines, identify potential risks or delays, and support quality assurance efforts across project workstreams. This role also involves contributing to stakeholder communications and coordinating project activities to ensure all team members remain informed and engaged. Responsibilities

  • Support the RCORP-EVAL project by working closely with the Project Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day project operations
  • Maintain and organize project documentation, prepare and distribute reports, and track deliverables to ensure timely completion in alignment with project goals
  • Monitor project progress against established timelines, flagging potential risks or delays to senior project staff, and support quality assurance efforts across project workstreams
  • Contribute to stakeholder communications and help coordinate project activities to keep all team members aligned and informed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field 
  • Minimum of 4 years of related project coordination or project management experience 
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 
  • Experience with ClickUp or similar project management platforms 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams for collaboration and communication 
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred 
  • Experience in healthcare, grants management, or federally funded programs a plus 
  • Background in or exposure to evaluation methodology or research-oriented projects preferred 
  • Demonstrated ability to support quality assurance processes and maintain high standards of accuracy in documentation and reporting
