Overview

CVP subsidiary Titan-Auxo, LLC is seeking General Engineers to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) operations. This role will provide overarching professional services focusing on engineering in all aspects of healthcare delivery processes/systems and ensure appropriate infrastructure, facilities, and equipment are available for the medical mission.

 

Location: 2962 South Longhorn Drive, Lancaster, TX 75134

 

Operating Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 and 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM Monday through Friday

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide engineering expertise to support CMOP operations and infrastructure
  • Analyze and optimize healthcare delivery processes and systems
  • Ensure appropriate infrastructure, facilities, and equipment are available for pharmacy operations
  • Develop and implement engineering solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support CMOP objectives
  • Conduct facility assessments and recommend improvements
  • Participate in project planning and execution related to CMOP infrastructure and systems
  • Provide technical guidance on equipment selection, installation, and maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET)-accredited program OR Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with courses including differential and integral calculus and five of following areas of engineering science or physics:
  • statics, dynamics
  • strength of materials (stress-strain relationships
  • fluid mechanics, hydraulics
  • thermodynamics
  • electrical fields and circuits
  • nature and properties of materials (relating particle and aggregate structure to properties
  • any other comparable area of fundamental engineering science or physics, such as optics, heat transfer, soil mechanics, or electronics.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in engineering, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical settings
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and standards
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with healthcare delivery processes and systems
  • Familiarity with VA environment

Additional Requirements:

  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
