Overview

CVP subsidiary Titan-Auxo, LLC is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) operations. This role will provide crucial administrative support to ensure smooth operations of the CMOP facility.

 

Location: 2962 South Longhorn Drive, Lancaster, TX 75134.

 

Hours of Operation and Available Shifts: 6:00 AM – 2:30 and 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

 

Rate: $30-35/hr

Responsibilities

  • Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
  • Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for supervisors and managers
  • Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings
  • Record, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, committees, and boards of directors
  • Attend meetings to record minutes
  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules
  • Make travel arrangements for staff members
  • Conduct general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work
  • Provide information to callers about the organization's activities, products, and personnel
  • Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in administrative support roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work product
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
  • Typing proficiency – minimum 45 words per minute

Additional Requirements:

  • U.S. citizenship required for a federal background check
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
  • Must be able to understand how to perform basic mathematical calculations
  • Must read, understand, speak, and write English fluently
