Overview

CVP is seeking a Senior Technical Assistance Specialist to join our growing team. You will partner with federal health customers to plan and deliver comprehensive technical assistance (TA), including developing and administering culturally responsive programming, mentoring staff and providing guidance and support designed to improve services and to advance equity in public health.

Responsibilities

  • Lead teams in developing tailored technical assistance materials to support federal and state public health teams and grant award recipients including, but not limited to, webinars, coaching and office hour sessions, conference calls, written reports and presentations, and infographics.
  • Manage teams of SMEs and analysts to support TA delivery.  
  • Manage, monitor, and report task financials, staffing, schedules, delivery plans, deliverable quality, and scope.
  • Support government staff and grant recipients in building capacity and implement feedback systems to improve overall performance.
  • Conduct environmental scans and literature reviews.
  • Plan and conduct onsite visits to assess program performance or provide technical assistance.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis.

Qualifications

  • Must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust government security clearance.
  • MS or higher in public health or other health related field.
  • 10 years of experience in healthcare consulting or public health program implementation.
  • Special TA experiences in healthcare provider capacity building for underserved areas and populations.
