Overview

CVP is seeking a Healthcare Consultant to join a growing team supporting one of our federal customers. The successful candidate will work to ensure the timely delivery of accurate work products that support new and ongoing research initiatives. The Consultant will be responsible for providing analytical and program management to ensure program success. The Consultant works closely with and supports Federal agency clients in the planning and implementation of major organizational transformation initiatives. The Consultant collaborates with client leadership to set expectations for deliverables, shape work product development, and ensure quality delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct analysis and implementation support for various studies and projects.
  • Conduct comprehensive healthcare related research.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, through use of creative solutions and established workflows, to provide timely and accurate reports, deliverables, and facilitation services.
  • Organize a team of subject matter experts through the management and facilitation of customer meetings.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree, preferably in Healthcare
  • Minimum of three years of experience working on complex team-based engagements in a consulting organization for a Federal customer.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to design and maintain multiple tailored Excel databases, for the purposes of effective monitoring and reporting of program activities.
  • Able to take direction and professionally collaborate with multiple technical leads.
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of maintaining a high degree of accuracy in completion of time-sensitive requirements.
  • Able to strictly adhere to agency and department policies and procedures.
  • Ability to pass background investigation for a Public Trust clearance.

Desired Skills

  • Experience facilitating meetings with health care and medical research topics.
  • Strong analytical skills; willingness to ask questions and think creatively.
  • Experience coordinating business management inputs that support scheduling, planning, coordinating, and monitoring activities.
  • Perform research and analysis to develop, edit, and revise documents in compliance with the customer’s requirements and agency policies/procedures.
